How does billing work?

Monster Property Services uses flat-rate seasonal pricing. Here's how billing works:
Seasonal total: Your quote specifies the total cost for the entire service season
Monthly installments: The seasonal total is divided into equal monthly payments for convenience
Invoicing: Invoices are sent at the beginning of each billing period
Payment terms: Payment is due within the terms specified in your contract
Your price is locked in for the season regardless of weather, visit count, or service intensity. No surprise charges, no per-visit fees.
