How does billing work?

Edited

Quick answer: Flat-rate seasonal pricing divided into monthly installments. Your quote shows the total cost for the season; billing splits that into equal monthly payments. No per-visit fees, no weather-based surcharges — the price is locked in regardless of how intense the season turns out to be.

How invoicing works

  • Seasonal total: your quote specifies the full-season cost.

  • Monthly installments: the total is divided into equal monthly payments.

  • Invoicing: invoices are sent at the beginning of each billing period.

  • Payment terms: due within the terms specified in your contract (typically net 15 or net 30).

  • HST: 13% HST applies; shown as a separate line item on every invoice.

What's locked in

Your price doesn't change based on weather, visit count, or service intensity. A hot summer with heavy growth costs the same as a cool summer — that's the whole point of flat-rate pricing. No surprise charges, no disputes over visit counts.
