How long is the service contract?

Monster Property Services contracts are seasonal agreements that cover one full service season (approximately mid-April through late October). There are no multi-year commitments required.
At the end of each season, you'll receive a renewal offer for the following year. Renewal is not automatic -- you choose whether to continue.
