Can I cancel my contract mid-season?

Quick answer: Yes — with written notice. Prorated billing and cancellation fees may apply per your signed contract. We encourage talking to us first; most issues can be resolved without cancelling.

How to cancel

  • Written notice — email help@monsterpropertyservices.ca with your property address and the effective date.

  • Prorated billing — what you've already paid is credited against services delivered.

  • Cancellation fees — may apply; our seasonal pricing is based on a full-season commitment, so early exits can affect your effective per-visit rate.

Multi-year contracts: off-season exit

Multi-year clients may be able to cancel penalty-free during the off-season, account in good standing. The exact window is specified in your signed contract.

Before you cancel

If something specific is wrong — a crew issue, a scope mismatch, a billing dispute — reach out. We'd rather fix it than lose the account. Our contract's unsatisfactory-performance protocol gives us 30 days to resolve issues before cancellation is considered.
