What does the seasonal flat rate include?
Quick answer: Your flat rate covers all scheduled visits, labour, equipment, fuel, digital documentation, supervisor oversight, and client support. It does NOT cover add-ons (aeration, fertilization, sod) unless specifically quoted, or landscape design / installation projects.
