Your seasonal flat rate includes:
All scheduled weekly service visits for the season
All labour, equipment, and fuel costs
Digital service documentation for every visit
Supervisor oversight and quality monitoring
Access to our client support team
The flat rate does not include:
Add-on services (aeration, sod, fertilization) unless specifically quoted
Spring and fall cleanups unless included in your agreement
Landscape design or installation projects
Hard goods or materials (plants, sod, mulch beyond maintenance top-ups)
Everything included in your rate is clearly specified in your contract.
