Do you require a deposit?
Quick answer: Yes — a deposit is required, due within 30 days of signing, and must be received before any work starts. The deposit is applied toward your seasonal total, not added as an extra charge.
How the deposit works
Deposit amount is specified on your signed contract (set as one of your seasonal installments).
Due within 30 days of execution (signing).
Work does not commence until the deposit is received.
It's credited against your seasonal total — you pay the rest across the scheduled installment dates.
Multi-year contracts
If you're on a 2- or 3-year contract, the deposit for each subsequent season is due October 1 of that season. Invoices are sent 30 days in advance to all billing contacts on your Client Portal.
