What does "digitally documented" mean?

Edited

Quick answer: "Digitally documented" means every visit has a GPS-confirmed timestamp, a service log of what was done, and continuous dashcam recording. Every visit, every property, every time — it's the foundation of our accountability system.

What gets recorded

  • Arrival and departure timestamps — recorded via GPS when the crew arrives at and leaves your property.

  • Service record — log of what was completed during the visit (mowing, edging, beds, cleanup, etc.).

  • GPS verification — proof the crew was physically at your property for the recorded duration.

  • Dashcam footage — continuous video (retained 90 days) and stills (retained multi-year).

Where you see it

Your service history is visible in the Client Portal at monsterportal.ca. For dashcam footage or custom reports (claims, board packages), email help@monsterpropertyservices.ca.

Why it matters

When you're not home to watch, the documentation IS your proof. No more "did they actually show up?" — we have the answer before you ask.
