What does "digitally documented" mean?

When we say every visit is digitally documented, we mean:

• Arrival and departure timestamps: Recorded via GPS when the crew arrives at and leaves your property

• Service record: Log of what was completed during the visit

• GPS verification: Proof that the crew was physically at your property for the recorded duration

This documentation exists for every visit, every property, every time. It's the foundation of our accountability system and gives you confidence that the work is being done even when you're not home to see it.
