Yes. Commercial and multi-unit property managers can request:

  • Periodic service reports: Summaries of all visits completed during a given period

  • Visit verification: GPS-confirmed arrival and departure data

  • Issue tracking: Documentation of any service issues and their resolution

  • Insurance documentation: Updated certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance

When Monster Intelligence launches, property managers will have direct access to real-time service data through our client portal. Until then, reports are available upon request.
