Spring Property Prep -- What to Expect

Edited

Spring is when your property transitions from dormant winter state to active growth. Here's what happens at the start of your Monster service season:

Spring Cleanup (if included or added)

  • Removal of winter debris (branches, leaves, accumulated litter)

  • Garden bed cleanup and preparation

  • Initial lawn assessment and dethatching if needed

  • Edge cleanup along walkways and driveways

First Regular Service

  • First mow of the season (typically at a higher cut to ease the lawn into the season)

  • Trimming and edging

  • Assessment of lawn and garden conditions with notes for the season

What You Can Do

  • Clear any personal items from lawn and garden areas before the first visit

  • Ensure gate access is working and codes are current

  • Note any changes to your property over the winter (new obstacles, damaged areas)

  • Contact us with any updated special instructions
