Summer Maintenance -- Peak Season Guide

Summer is peak growth season. Your weekly Monster visits are critical to keeping your property looking its best.

• Lawn (Package A/Dual): Mowing at optimal height, trimming, edging, cleanup. Cut height is adjusted based on weather and growth conditions.

• Garden (Package B/Dual): Weeding, cultivation, shrub maintenance, mulch attention, debris removal on a rotating schedule.

• Watering: Water deeply and infrequently (2-3 times per week, early morning). We mow; you water. Proper irrigation makes a huge difference in lawn health.

• Don't cut too short: We maintain professional cut heights. If your lawn looks slightly longer than your neighbour's crew-cut lawn, that's by design -- taller grass retains moisture and crowds out weeds.

• Report issues promptly: Spot a brown patch, pest activity, or irrigation problem? Let us know so we can note it and adjust our approach.
