What to expect from summer maintenance at peak season?

Edited

Quick answer: Summer is peak growth season. Your weekly Monster visits are the backbone of keeping the property looking its best — mowing, trimming, edging, and (on the combined plan) garden maintenance on a rotating schedule. A few property-owner habits (deep watering, not cutting too short) make a real difference.

What your crew does each week

  • Pro Lawn & Land Care: mowing at optimal height, trimming, edging, and cleanup. Cut height is adjusted based on weather and growth.

  • Garden & Plant Care (typically an add-on, or part of the combined plan): weeding, cultivation, shrub maintenance, mulch attention, and debris removal on a rotating schedule.

Summer tips for your property

  • Watering: deep and infrequent beats light and daily — 2-3 times per week, early morning, is usually ideal. We mow; you water.

  • Don't cut too short: we maintain professional cut heights. Taller grass retains moisture and crowds out weeds, so your lawn may look slightly longer than a crew-cut neighbour's — that's deliberate.

  • Report issues promptly: brown patches, pest activity, or irrigation problems are easier to address when we spot them early. Email help@monsterpropertyservices.ca or flag it with the crew.
