Fall Cleanup -- Preparing for Winter

Edited

Fall cleanup is the final phase of your property's seasonal care. It prepares your lawn and gardens for winter dormancy and ensures a strong start the following spring.

Fall Cleanup Includes

  • Comprehensive leaf removal from lawn, gardens, and hard surfaces

  • Final garden bed cleanup and winterization

  • Last mow of the season (at a lower height to prepare turf for winter)

  • Removal of annual plants and garden debris

  • Bed edging and cleanup for a clean winter appearance

Timing

Fall cleanup typically occurs in late October through November, depending on leaf fall timing and weather conditions. You'll be notified when your fall cleanup is scheduled.
