Quick answer: Tree work is handled as a separate scope from regular Monster Property Services maintenance. We can coordinate tree removal, structural trimming, and overgrowth management through trusted tree-service partners for existing clients, with quotes and scheduling managed through your Monster account. Small branches affecting walkways or visibility may be handled by our crews directly.
What we handle ourselves
Minor branch trimming: low-hanging branches affecting walkways, driveways, or visibility lines can be addressed during regular visits.
Hedge and shrub trimming: part of the Garden & Plant Care and combined plans.
Routine overgrowth clearance along fence lines and bed edges.
What's coordinated through a partner
Full tree removal (dead, damaged, or unwanted trees)
Structural tree trimming requiring climbing or bucket truck
Stump grinding
Overgrowth clearance requiring chainsaw or significant debris haul

Timing
Tree work is typically scheduled outside peak mowing visits to avoid disruption. Emergency tree removal (storm damage, safety hazard) is prioritized — flag urgency in your request and we'll escalate.
