How does your lawn fertilization program work?
Quick answer: Fertilization is an add-on to any Monster Property Services plan — typically delivered in 3-5 scheduled applications across the season, timed to growth stages (early spring, late spring, summer feed, fall prep, late fall). Pricing is quoted based on lawn area and program length. Organic and traditional options are both available.
What a fertilization program covers
Spring early-season feed: sets up vigorous growth and green-up once soil temperatures hit growing range.
Late-spring feed: supports the heavy growth period.
Summer feed: maintains colour and density through heat stress.
Fall prep: builds root strength heading into dormancy.
Late-fall / winterizer: sets up a strong start the following spring.
Options
Standard program: granular fertilizer with balanced N-P-K ratios tuned to the season.
Organic program: compost tea, organic granular, and slow-release options for clients prioritizing natural inputs.
Weed control add-on: pre-emergent and spot treatment available as a paired service.
