Monster Property Services coordinates annual planting (spring and fall), planter installation and maintenance, and seasonal flower displays for residential and commercial properties. We handle planning, plant sourcing, installation, and ongoing care through the season. Quoted separately from regular lawn or garden maintenance.
What we offer
Spring annual planting: design, plant sourcing, and installation for beds and planters. Typical installation window late May through early June once frost risk has passed.
Fall transition: mums, pansies, ornamental kale, and late-season displays to extend colour into October-November.
Planter installation and refresh: entrance planters, courtyard displays, and commercial entrance features.
Ongoing care: deadheading, watering coordination, and refresh planting if something fails mid-season.

Pricing and process
