How do I request a requote for my existing property?
Quick answer: Log in to the client portal at monsterportal.ca and use the "Request a New Quote" button — select your existing property from the dropdown. Or email contact@monsterplow.ca (winter) or help@monsterpropertyservices.ca (summer) with your account name and what changed (scope update, tier change, revised needs). We turn requotes around in 1-3 business days.
When to request a requote
Property changed: renovation, landscaping, added driveway, new walkway, fence change, or any scope shift.
Service tier change: upgrading Complete to Priority, adding Garden & Plant Care to Pro Lawn & Land Care, or switching to the combined plan.
Adding areas: new services to include (sidewalk, stairs, additional bed, extra planter).
Annual renewal with updates: refreshing an expired quote with current scope.
Pricing comparison: existing clients can request a refreshed quote to confirm current rates.
The requote process
Submit via portal: log in at monsterportal.ca, click "Request a New Quote", pick your existing property, and describe the change.

Property re-evaluation: our team reviews current scope against the new requirements. Satellite imagery + existing file is usually enough; on-site survey may be needed for complex changes.
Updated quote: we send a revised proposal with updated scope diagram and pricing within 1-3 business days.
Sign or discuss: accept via DocuSign to activate the new contract, or reply with questions.
What carries over
Your account history, billing entity, contact list, and property notes stay in place. Only the scope and pricing update. If the requote results in a brand-new contract, your previous contract closes out as of the new contract's start date.
