How does the quote process work for new clients?

Quick answer: Submit a request (online, phone, or email), we survey the property (usually remotely via satellite imagery), we build a personalized scope and price — flat-rate seasonal with unlimited visits and all ice control included — and you sign digitally via DocuSign when you're ready. Typical turnaround from request to proposal is about 24 hours.

The 6 steps

  2. Property evaluation: our scope team reviews the property using satellite imagery, photos you share, or an in-person visit for complex sites.

  3. Scope definition: we document every area to be serviced (driveway, walkways, parking, stairs, sidewalks), note surface types, and flag any special instructions (pets, sensitive landscaping, access codes).

  4. Package selection: you choose between Complete and Priority based on your response-time needs.

  5. Customized quote: we send a proposal with scope diagram, pricing, and payment terms — typically within 24 hours.

  6. Contract finalization: sign digitally via DocuSign. Once signed, your property is added to the service schedule.

What drives the pricing

  • Total serviced area (driveways, parking, walkways, stairs)

  • Site complexity (access points, obstructions, layout)

  • Surface types (interlock, asphalt, concrete, stone, rooftop)

  • Service tier (Complete or Priority)

  • Route and zone (affects crew deployment efficiency)
