Do the bins cost extra?
Quick answer: No — the bin or pail is included with your seasonal package, along with the initial fill of ice-control product. Additional refills during the season are charged per request.
What you get based on your contract
What's included is tied to the size and type of property covered by your seasonal package. In general:
Commercial and multi-unit residential: one or more 400 LB Monster bins, with initial fill included.
Large single-family residential: typically at least one 400 LB bin.
Smaller residential: 50 LB pails, included with seasonal service.
Exact quantities are specified on your service agreement. If you're unsure what's covered, check your signed contract or ask us.
What's extra (on request, paid per order)
400 LB Bin refill: $149.00 + HST per refill.
50 LB Pail (full of product): $24.99 + HST per pail.
Additional 400 LB Bin rental: $349.00 seasonal + $149.00 initial fill + $149.00 per subsequent refill.
Free delivery: minimum order $49.00.
How to order refills
Requests require 72 hours' written notice. Email contact@monsterplow.ca or request through the Client Portal. Payment is due within 30 business days of delivery.
