How do I update my billing or contact information?
Quick answer: Update billing or contact info directly in the Client Portal at monsterportal.ca — or email us and we'll make the change. Payment method, billing email, phone, and contact name all editable.
In the portal (recommended)
Log into monsterportal.ca.
Open the contact you want to update (or add a new one).
Edit billing details, payment method, phone, or email directly.
Save — changes apply immediately.
By email or phone
If you'd rather not use the portal, email contact@monsterplow.ca or call 647-967-7569 with the change. We'll update your account and send confirmation.
What requires extra steps
Account ownership transfer — not self-serve; contact support (see our ownership-transfer article).
Billing entity changes — change of legal entity on the invoices (new corporation, new LLC) requires us to update the billing record.
QuickBooks or external AP system ID changes — send us the new external ID and we'll link it.
