Can I update my contact information or service preferences mid-season?

Quick answer: Yes, any time. Email contact@monsterplow.ca or call 647-967-7569 to update contact info, billing preferences, site instructions, or service scope. Owner and Admin contacts can also self-serve most of these through the client portal at monsterportal.ca.

How to update your info

  • Self-serve via portal: log in at monsterportal.ca and edit Account Contacts, preferences, and notification settings.

  • Email: contact@monsterplow.ca — reviewed quickly during business hours.

  • Phone: 647-967-7569 for urgent or complex changes.

Changing your service plan or scope

Mid-season scope changes (adding an area to clear, upgrading from Complete to Priority, adding a walkway) are subject to crew capacity in your zone. Email us with the requested change and we'll confirm availability, send a revised proposal, and apply the change on the next service after you accept.

Propagation to the field

All notes tied to your account file flow to the crew's onboard tablet. When any crew services your property, they see the current version — updates propagate in real time.
