Can I upgrade or downgrade my package during the season?

Quick answer: Yes, subject to crew capacity. Upgrades from Complete to Priority are typically accepted when we have availability in your zone. Downgrades require a billing recalculation and are limited once peak season has started.

Upgrades to Priority

Priority delivers tighter commencement windows (faster first-pass after snow starts) and priority routing during storms. Upgrades are approved when crew capacity in your zone allows — we won't accept an upgrade we can't honour.

Downgrades

Downgrading from Priority to Complete is straightforward before the season starts. Once we're in the core winter months (December through February), downgrades are generally not accepted because crew allocations, yard placement, and Priority commitments to other clients are already locked.
