Requesting a Package Change
Customers have the option to request a package change during the season, provided that it is subject to availability. Below are the details regarding upgrades and downgrades:
Upgrades to Priority
Requests for upgrades to Priority service are typically approved if we have the necessary crew capacity. This allows you to enhance your service level and ensure timely snow removal during peak conditions.
Downgrades
Downgrading your service may require a recalculation of billing. Please note that downgrades are generally limited once the peak of the season has begun, as our resources are allocated based on the initial service agreements.
