Do clients receive updates about service timing?

Quick answer: Yes. Before and during major storms, we send email updates covering expected crew arrival, number of visits planned, and the deicing strategy for the event. You also get a site map and package summary the moment your contract is activated.

What you'll receive

  • Pre-storm briefings — sent when a significant event is forecast, covering our dispatch plan and timing windows for your zone.

  • In-storm updates — crew arrival, number of visits during the event, and how the ice control strategy is adapting as the storm develops.

  • Post-storm confirmation — visit count and any notes from the crew.

  • Welcome packet — after signing, you receive your scope diagram, package summary, and portal access instructions.

Stay connected

Email notifications go to any contact flagged as Service or Billing on your account. You can add or remove contacts through the client portal at monsterportal.ca or by emailing contact@monsterplow.ca.
