Do you provide visual evidence of completed work?

Edited

Quick answer: Yes. Crews take timestamped before/after photos on every visit, especially for new accounts and low-visibility conditions. Photos are stored with the visit record, and clients can request them at any time for service questions, liability claims, or audits.

When photos are captured

  • Every visit — standard practice across the fleet.

  • New accounts — initial conditions documented so future comparisons are clean.

  • Low visibility — nighttime service, heavy snow, anything where verification would otherwise be difficult.

  • Client-flagged situations — photos captured and noted when a specific concern is on file.

Requesting photos

Email contact@monsterplow.ca with your account name, the date and time of service, and the areas you want documented. We'll retrieve the photos (and GPS/video records if needed) from the visit record. Dashcam video is retained for 90 days; photos and service logs are archived multi-year.
