How do I get a quote or sign up for service?

We run a scope survey (remote via satellite or in-person for complex sites), send a customized quote with a scope-of-work diagram — we aim for about 24 hours, and faster if you tell us it's urgent — and you can sign digitally through DocuSign when you're ready.

Step 2: Property survey
Our scope team reviews the property using satellite imagery for straightforward sites, or schedules an in-person visit for complex commercial or institutional properties. The survey documents areas to be serviced, surface types, access points, and any sensitive features.
Step 3: Custom quote package
We aim to have your proposal ready within about 24 hours (flag it as urgent if you need it sooner). It includes:
Scope-of-work diagram marking every serviced area
Pricing for Complete and Priority packages
Terms, payment options, and seasonal schedule
Step 4: Sign digitally
Approve through the digital portal using DocuSign. Once the contract is signed, your property is added to the service schedule for the winter season. Questions during the quote process go directly to your assigned account rep.
