How you'll know

  • Email notifications: post-service confirmations sent to contacts who have notifications enabled.

  • Client portal: service history for your property is accessible at monsterportal.ca, including visit times and notes.

  • GPS-verified visit logs: archived and available on request.

  • Dashcam footage: retained for 90 days, available for verification.

  • Before/after photos: captured on every visit, especially for new accounts and low-visibility conditions.

Requesting verification

Email contact@monsterplow.ca with your account name and the date/time range. We'll retrieve the full service record including GPS data, crew notes, and available photos or video. Useful for insurance, property management audits, and any service questions.
