How the correction process runs

  • You report: call 647-967-7569, email contact@monsterplow.ca, or submit through the client portal at monsterportal.ca.

  • Dispatch verifies: GPS data, visit timestamps, and dashcam footage are pulled to understand what happened on the original visit.

  • Follow-up crew dispatched: priority-flagged in the queue. On-site typically within hours during an event, same-day between events.

  • Documentation: the incident goes on the account file. Patterns feed into crew coaching.

No argument, no extra charge
