What happens if there's damage to my property during service?
Quick answer: We take full responsibility. Report the damage immediately, we investigate using GPS data and dashcam footage (90-day retention), and we arrange repair or compensation directly. Monster carries $5M commercial general liability insurance and is WSIB compliant — no deductible is passed to you.
How to report damage
Call 647-967-7569 or email contact@monsterplow.ca as soon as you notice the damage.
Include photos and a description of the affected area.
We open an incident record on the account file immediately.
How we investigate
Dispatch pulls GPS data, visit timestamps, and dashcam footage for the relevant visit.
A formal incident report is documented with findings.
If our crew caused the damage, we arrange repair or reimbursement at our cost.
Why incidents are rare
Scope surveys document gates, stone edges, fragile landscaping, and access challenges up front — crews are briefed before the first visit. Our technology (GPS tracking, dashcam, digital documentation) exists in part to give clear accountability for every visit.
