For commercial and multi-site clients
A dedicated account manager is your primary point of contact for:

Site changes (new property added, existing property scope adjusted).
Billing questions and contract clarifications.
Feedback, suggestions, and escalations.
Your account manager knows your portfolio, your crews, and your service history — so routine requests don't start with you re-explaining context.
For residential clients
Our office team handles residential accounts directly. During storms, we're staffed 24/7 — if something happens overnight, someone is awake at our office to respond. Outside storm events, we're on standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm ET).
