How does Monster monitor the quality of each service visit?

Edited

Quick answer: Every visit is logged with GPS, timestamps, live dashcam footage, and crew notes entered on an onboard tablet. Supervisors watch the live operations view in real time, and all of that data is archived per visit so we can verify service, resolve disputes, and coach crews.

What gets captured

  • GPS arrival, on-site movement, and departure

  • Live dashcam feeds during service

  • Route maps and scope-of-work instructions on the crew's tablet

  • Crew notes entered per visit

  • Actions taken (plow, shovel, ice control, follow-up)

How it's used

  • Live supervision: operations watches crews in real time and can redirect or support as needed.

  • Post-visit records: full service logs are archived and available for client verification.

  • Billing accuracy: invoices pull directly from the logged data — no reinterpretation.

  • Coaching: patterns across visits feed into training and process improvements.

Dashcam video is retained for 90 days; stills and logs are archived multi-year. Request service verification by emailing contact@monsterplow.ca.
