How is my seasonal price determined?

Monster Plowing Company uses personalized flat-rate seasonal pricing. Your price is calculated based on factors unique to your property, not a generic formula.

• Area to be serviced: Total square footage of driveways, parking lots, walkways, and other cleared areas

• Site complexity: Number of access points, obstructions, slopes, curves, and layout challenges

• Surface types: Interlock, asphalt, concrete, rooftop surfaces — each may require different equipment or techniques

• Package selected: Complete or Priority — Priority includes faster response times at a higher price point

• Property type: Residential, commercial, multi-unit, or institutional

• Location: Your position within our GTA service zones

Once your price is set, it covers the entire winter season with no additional charges:

• Unlimited snow clearing visits for every snowfall of 1 cm or more

• Unlimited eco-friendly Green Ice Melter application for all ice events

• All labour, equipment, fuel, and material costs

• Digital service documentation and GPS tracking

• Storm alerts and client communications

• Snow hauling or relocation (if required, quoted separately)

• Roof snow removal

• Green Ice Melt Bins (included with most commercial packages — ask about your plan)

• Supplemental services outside the contracted scope
