How is my seasonal price determined?
Quick answer: Personalized flat-rate seasonal pricing based on area serviced, site complexity, surface types, package selected, property type, and location. Once set, the price is locked for the winter — unlimited visits, all deicing included, monthly installments. Snow hauling, roof snow, and items outside the contracted scope are not included.
Pricing factors
Area to be serviced: total square footage of driveways, parking lots, walkways, and cleared areas.
Site complexity: access points, obstructions, slopes, curves, layout challenges.
Surface types: interlock, asphalt, concrete, rooftop — each may require different equipment.
Package selected: Complete or Priority (Priority includes faster response at a higher price).
Property type: residential, commercial, multi-unit, institutional.
Location: position within GTA service zones.
What the flat rate covers
Unlimited snow clearing visits for every snowfall ≥1 cm.
Unlimited eco-friendly Green Ice Melter for all ice events.
All labour, equipment, fuel, and material costs.
Digital service documentation and GPS tracking.
Storm alerts and client communications.
What's not included
Snow hauling or relocation (quoted separately if required).
Roof snow removal.
