What payment methods do you accept?

Quick answer: Interac e-transfer, cheque (including post-dated), online bill payment (add Monster as a payee in your online banking), and most major online payment processors. Monthly installments typically split into 6 payments across the winter. Full upfront payment earns a small discount. HST (13%) applies.

Accepted methods

  • Interac e-Transfer: most common payment method for residential clients. Send to the email address on your invoice.

  • Cheque: mailed to our office. Post-dated cheques accepted for scheduled payments.

  • Online bill payment: add Monster Plowing Company as a payee through your bank's online bill payment.

  • Online payment processors: most major platforms accepted.

How billing flows

  • Seasonal fee split into 6 equal monthly installments across the winter.

  • Invoices sent at the beginning of each billing period.

  • Payment due within terms on the invoice (typically net 15 or net 30).

  • All invoices include 13% HST.

Upfront payment discount

Clients who pay the full seasonal fee in a single lump sum are eligible for a small discount. Contact contact@monsterplow.ca during the contract process to confirm the current amount.
