How do I read my invoice?

Each Monster Plowing Company invoice includes the following information:

• Invoice number: Unique identifier for the billing period

• Account name: Your name or business as registered in our system

• Service address: The property being serviced

• Billing period: The month or period the invoice covers

• Seasonal contract total: Your full-season flat-rate price

• Installment amount: The monthly payment due for this period

• HST: 13% harmonized sales tax (shown separately)

• Total due: Installment amount plus HST

• Due date: When payment is expected

• Payment instructions: How and where to submit payment

• Your installment amount stays the same every month regardless of snowfall

• HST is always shown as a separate line item

• Previous payments and outstanding balances may appear on your invoice
