What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Monster Plowing Company seasonal contracts include clear cancellation terms:

• Cancellation before the first service event is typically straightforward

• Specific pre-season cancellation terms are outlined in your contract

• Written notice is required for mid-season cancellation

• Our flat-rate seasonal pricing is based on a full-season commitment

• If you cancel mid-season, the effective per-visit rate may be recalculated based on services already delivered

• Any refund for pre-paid future installments will be prorated accordingly

• Cancellation fees may apply as specified in your contract

• Seasonal flat-rate pricing is designed to spread the cost evenly, not to charge per visit

• In a heavy snow year, the flat rate saves you significantly; in a light snow year, it's the cost of guaranteed coverage

• Cancelling mid-season does not mean you've "overpaid" for light months — the pricing model is seasonal, not monthly
