What happens if I sell my property mid-season?

If you sell your property during the winter season:

Your Options

  1. Transfer the contract: With our agreement, the service contract can be transferred to the new property owner. Both parties must agree to the transfer.

  2. Cancel the contract: Standard cancellation terms apply (see our cancellation policy article).

  3. Notify us early: The sooner we know about a property sale, the more options we can offer.

What to Do

  • Contact us as soon as you know a sale is pending

  • We'll discuss the transfer or cancellation options available

  • If transferring, we'll coordinate with the new owner to update account details

New Owners

If you've purchased a property with an existing Monster contract, the previous owner can transfer service to you. Contact us to set up your account and confirm service details.
