How often will my property be serviced?

Quick answer: Weekly — once per week on a consistent day, throughout the active season (approximately April through November). Your exact service day is set by your route zone.

Weekly schedule

Every seasonal plan includes weekly visits during the active season. Your assigned day is based on where your property falls in our GTA route zones — we cluster visits geographically for efficiency, which means your day is consistent week-to-week.

When it shifts

  • Weather: severe weather can push a visit to another day in the same week.

  • Statutory holidays: the holiday visit is moved to another day in the same week.

  • Route optimization: occasionally routes are rebalanced between seasons — your day stays consistent within a season.

How you'll know

Your assigned day is confirmed at onboarding. Schedule changes (holiday moves, weather delays) trigger email notifications. Live visit history is always visible in the Client Portal at monsterportal.ca.
