What day of the week will my service be?
Quick answer: Your service day is set by your property's location within our GTA route zones. You'll learn your assigned day when your season begins — and it stays the same week-to-week throughout the season.
How day assignment works
We divide the GTA into geographic zones. Each zone is serviced on a specific day, Monday through Friday. This keeps our routes tight, reduces drive time, and lets us deliver consistent service windows.

Your assigned day stays the same throughout the season.
If your service day falls on a statutory holiday, the visit is rescheduled to the nearest available day that week.
Weather can push a visit by a day — rare, but possible during severe events.
Want a specific day?
Some clients have strong preferences (e.g., gardens look freshest for weekend guests, commercial sites want mid-week cleanup). Tell us during quoting — we can often accommodate preferences within zone constraints. Not always possible, but always worth asking.
