What happens if it rains on my service day?

Light rain does not typically prevent service. Lawn mowing in light rain is safe for both turf and equipment.
In cases of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or conditions that would damage your lawn (e.g., waterlogged soil), your service may be postponed. If we skip a scheduled visit due to weather:
Your service will be rescheduled within the same week when possible
If conditions persist, the visit may be combined with the following week's service
Your seasonal flat rate is unaffected -- you're not charged extra for rescheduling
We monitor weather conditions daily and adjust schedules as needed to protect your property while maintaining service frequency.
