What happens if it rains on my service day?

Quick answer: Light rain — we still come. Heavy rain or waterlogged soil — we reschedule to protect your turf. Either way, your seasonal flat rate doesn't change, and visits aren't lost.

What we mow through

Light rain is safe for both turf and equipment. We'll complete your visit as scheduled unless conditions deteriorate.

What triggers rescheduling

  • Heavy rain or thunderstorms during your service window.

  • Waterlogged soil — mowing wet ground compacts soil and tears turf.

  • Ongoing severe weather making crew safety a concern.

How rescheduling works

  • We move your visit to another day within the same week when possible.

  • If conditions stay bad, the visit may be combined with the following week's service.

  • Your flat rate doesn't change. You're never charged extra for a reschedule.

How you'll know

Weather-driven schedule changes trigger an email notification. Live schedule is visible in the Client Portal at monsterportal.ca.
