Will I always have the same crew?

We assign each property to a specific crew based on your route zone. This means you'll typically see the same team each week. Crew consistency matters because:

  • Your crew becomes familiar with your property's specific needs

  • They know your special instructions, gate codes, and preferences

  • Consistent crews produce more consistent results

Occasionally, crew assignments may change due to scheduling needs, vacation coverage, or route optimization. Any substitute crew will have full access to your property notes and service history.
