Quick answer: Usually yes — we assign each property to a specific route crew, so you typically see the same team each week. Substitutes happen occasionally (vacation coverage, route rebalancing) but they always have full access to your property notes.

Why crew consistency matters

  • Your crew gets familiar with your property's quirks — the bed that's tricky to edge, the tree that drops debris on a specific corner, the gate that sticks.

  • They know your special instructions, gate codes, and preferences without re-reading them every visit.

  • Consistent crews deliver more consistent results.

When crews change

  • Vacation / sick coverage — a substitute crew fills in, briefed on your property notes via the tablet.

  • Seasonal rebalancing — routes are occasionally adjusted between seasons; your day usually stays the same.

  • Mid-season route changes — rare, but can happen if a zone grows fast. You'll be notified if it affects you.

Substitute crews still see everything

Every crew member has tablet access to your full property notes, map, access codes, and recent visit log before they arrive. The handoff isn't a reset — it's a continuation.
