Do I need to be home during service?

No. Most of our clients are not home during service visits. As long as our crew can access the areas to be serviced, your presence is not required.
If your property has locked gates or restricted access, please provide access instructions during onboarding. Every visit is digitally documented, so you'll have a record of what was done even if you weren't present.
