Do I need to be home during service?

Quick answer: No. Most clients aren't home during visits. As long as the crew can access the service areas, your presence isn't needed. Every visit is dashcam-recorded and digitally logged, so you'll have proof of what happened.

What we need from you instead

  • Access to the service areas — gates unlocked during your service window, codes/keys shared during onboarding.

  • Advance notice of any pets, sensitive areas, or special instructions.

  • A reliable contact email on file for notifications (updates, reports, scheduling changes).

What you get even when you're not home

  • GPS-confirmed arrival and departure timestamps.

  • Dashcam footage on-request (retained 90 days video / multi-year stills).

  • Service log viewable in the Client Portal at monsterportal.ca.
