What happens if my property is missed?

If your scheduled service visit is missed for any reason, please contact us immediately. We take missed services seriously:
Investigation: We review GPS data and service logs to confirm whether the visit occurred.
Resolution: If the visit was missed, we'll schedule a make-up service as quickly as possible.
Communication: You'll be informed of the cause and the resolution.
Missed visits are rare due to our GPS tracking and route management systems, but when they occur, we act quickly to make it right.
