How do you handle statutory holidays?
Edited
Quick answer: Visits scheduled on a stat holiday are rescheduled — usually to another day in the same week. Your seasonal flat rate doesn't change.
Holidays we observe
Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving. Fall/winter stat holidays fall outside our summer season.
How rescheduling works
Where possible, the visit moves to another day in the same week.
If the whole week is compressed (e.g., a long weekend rotation), some visits may shift by a day.
You'll get an email notification in advance of any holiday-related schedule change.
Billing doesn't change
Your flat-rate seasonal total covers the total visits in the season. Holiday rescheduling never reduces what you pay — and never changes what you get.
