How do you handle statutory holidays?

Service visits scheduled on statutory holidays (e.g., Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving) will be rescheduled:
Where possible, your visit will be moved to another day within the same week
If the entire week is compressed, some visits may be adjusted
You'll be notified of any holiday-related schedule changes in advance
Your seasonal flat rate is not affected by holiday rescheduling.
